A True Feel of Nature and Wilderness
Villa Natura is a 370 m2 property that rests on a private land of 8000 m2, at about 300m from the water edge, overlooking the bay of Ftelia opposite the sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis. Luxury and wilderness are combined at this natural labeled landscape of the island where no new construction is allowed any more. It combines also the quite primitive aspect of the Cyclades while being a short drive away from the famous Mykonos nightclubs and restaurants!
Entering the property and going towards the sea, guests encounter the stone covered parking area of the villa.
A stone stairway surrounded by beautiful plants leads to the upper level apartment which is at the same level with the pergola area and the swimming pool.
The pergola is big enough to accommodate twelve people for lunch or dinner and is next to the pool area. The infinity pool (4,5 x 15 meters) is equipped with teak sun loungers, a teak day bed and an outdoor teak shower.
The outdoor main stairway leads to the lower level where there are three spacious suites and the stone built bedroom and bathroom, all surrounded by a nice veranda.
Villa Natura is built on two levels and has four independent apartment suites with separate entrances as well as a stone built bedroom and bathroom on the north side of the main structure.
Facing the west, guests enjoy beautiful sunsets. The north wind, usually intense in August, is blowing on the side of the building making it much milder in the areas of the pergola and the swimming pool.
On the upper level are the “Upper Level Apartment” and the beautiful terrace with the pergola and the infinity pool which are oriented towards the sunset. It is a wonderful place to chill out with a book, cradled by the sound of the sea.
Upper Level Apartment: Entering the apartment on the right hand side is a large bedroom overlooking the sea and the sunset. Next to it is the spacious marbled bathroom. On the left hand side is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight persons and a sitting area with a fireplace and a magnificent view. All the furniture is custom made, carefully selected from Bali.
Lower Level Apartments: Following the external staircase from the upper level, guests will reach the lower level that houses three independent suites and the staff “Stone House”.
The suites were named according to their position and orientation and are:
The “North Suite” that sleeps 2 guests
The “Central Suite” that sleeps 4 guests and
The “South Suite” that sleeps 2 guests
The Central Suite
The central suite is a big apartment that could easily accommodate four people. It has one private bedroom with a double bed and one open bedroom with two single beds. The marble bathroom has also a small outdoor area. The sitting and dining areas are next to a fully equipped kitchen.
The South Suite
This apartment has a teak double bed, a sitting area, a breakfast area with kitchenette and a magnificent bathroom.
The North Suite
This studio apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a cozy sitting area as well as a comfortable bathroom.
The Stone Built Bedroom-Bathroom
To the North and next to the main structure, a nice stone bedroom is built with two beds on a nice private outdoor space with flowers. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom.
