LOCATION
The Villa is located in the area of Paleokastro, right above the crystal clear waters of Ftelia beach, and next to the Monastery of Paleokastro, an archaeological site of great interest recognized as one of the two ancient cities of the island, where are ruins of the ancient Byzantine fortress, and the tombs of the geometric period.
The Villa is close to Ano Mera, the islands most populated village, which preserves a sterling traditional Cycladic Architecture, in the small central square of which, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakery stores, pastry shops serving traditional sweets cash machines (ATM’s) and Pharmacy store. Nearby are the beaches of Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis, Elia and Agrari.
