A family-owned, high-quality holiday villa set in a peaceful, semi-rural location but within easy walking distance of the beach and village center.

ADELE Villa is a stunning and romantic private retreat, situated in the friendly village resort of Roda, offering excellent views of the coastline, mountains and Albania. Newly built to very high standards, it offers privacy and seclusion but is still only 5 minutes walk to both the beach and the village with its excellent restaurants and shops.
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, hair-dryer, 22” flat TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower and both with balconies. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, 22” flat TV, en-suite with shower, hair-dryer, wheelchair friendly. The room has access to the veranda and the swimming pool area. A large bathroom with bath and shower, hair-dryer and a washing machine.
An open-plan kitchen/dining and sitting room which has direct access to the pool area through 2 large balcony doors. The villa is fully equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, multi, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, glassware, cooking vessels and of course offers a safe-box, satellite 32” flat full HD TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa. The villa has insect screens in all the bedrooms, bathrooms sitting room doors and windows.
Outside there is a large patio seating area, 5m x 8m (40m 2 ) swimming pool with underwater lighting, with 6 sunbeds, 3 parasols, swing-seat, outside shower, barbecue, outside eating facilities and private parking. The villa is also wheelchair friendly.
Just a short, flat, 5-minute walk brings you to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is just a little further away with very safe family bathing and a good selection of beach bars and restaurants, many of which offer sunbeds and umbrellas for hire.
Eating in Roda is not a problem, food is offered throughout the day and you will find food to suit all tastes, from traditional Greek cooking to international dishes and snack bars. For those who wish to self-cater, there are a number of supermarkets and two bakeries in the village.
There are ATM machines available in the village but no bank. The nearest bank in is the next village, Acharavi, 3 kms away. There is a 24-hour emergency clinic in the village also a local doctor and pharmacy. Again there are more doctors and pharmacies in Acharavi.
