Our 2 floor 200 sq.m. luxury Villa is located In the Village of St. Spyridon, North east Corfu and only 40 km from Corfu town and Kapodistrias International airport.
Antigone provides natural privacy with great views of the sea and only 80m walking distance from the beach of St. Spyridon. Construction completed in May 2016, built within 4 acres of a private garden full of orange blossom and citrus trees, heated pool, sun beds and garden furniture along with private parking. There are 2 fully equipped BBQ’s areas with a dining room table of 10 and tents protecting you from the sun.
Entering you will find a spacious living room with a 55” flat screen cable TV and a functional fireplace to cozy up, the space during the winter.
There is a dining room of 10, where you have a direct view to the beautiful garden and the mesmerizing sea of the Ionian.
Also there are 2 Bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 Master Bedroom with King size bed, a 32” TV and en suite Bathroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds plus its own WC and Shower. Moving up to the next floor, you have another Master Bedroom with the same features as above plus 2 Bedrooms with twin beds and each with its own Shower and WC.
All the rooms come with a balcony and outdoor furniture so that you can spend your time. The views to the sea are breath taking especially from the second floor bedrooms and walking distance to the beach of ST. Spyridon and the local sea side bar Restaurant is only 80 meters.
Recently we have installed Children’s Playground, a ping pong table and Basketball activity.
