Relax in a beautiful landscape

Villa Manolia is located in the green-clad seaside village Kariotes, whose location is considered ideal for an easy and fast access to the town and a chance to relax in a beautiful landscape, only 3.5 km from the cosmopolitan capital of the island.
The villa is on the ground level and it is built on levels which are separated with few steps. On the main level, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the household effects and the electric appliances. In the living room, there is a large corner coach which can be used as a bed for two people, a modern dining table for 8 people and a bathroom.
One level below there is a bedroom with a double comfortable bed with its own bathroom. The bedroom borders on the living room for which the access is independent of the main entrance.
A level above the living room there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and in the other with two single beds and a spacious bathroom.
All the bedrooms of the villa have wardrobes, anatomic mattresses, a LED tv set, air conditioning and they are decorated in a simple and modern style.
In the verandah of the villa with comfortable furniture, the guests can relax in the green-clad garden and they can have beautiful moments by their private swimming pool. They can also have a barbeque with friends or family.
Taking into consideration hospitality, Manolia villa can offer guests anything they need for a luxurious and comfortable accommodation
A 30m2 private swimming pool with sunbeds, Barbeque spot, Extra outdoor shower, Open interior parking, LCD TV 47 “in the living room and 32” LCD TVs in bedrooms, Satellite TV in every room, Free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), Ping-pong table, Air condition in every room.

Cleaning service and changing of the sheets, twice a week. The frequency can be changed if it is asked.
