Villa Etheral is located in southern Mykonos, next to Elia beach and abstains 10 km from central town Chora and the airport of the island. The villa abstains only 200 m from Elia beach and 1,5 km from Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis beaches. Right next to Elia beach there is another one, called Agrari, famous for its beautiful and peaceful sandy beach. In a distance of 1,5 km is the graphic village AnoMera with its unique monastery, where you can find super market, restaurant, pharmacy, confectionery, bakery etc. The stores are usually open all day long until late at night.

Villa Etheral consists of four master bedrooms, one staff room and a warehouse. Two of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two double built-in beds with night stands, TV and a lot of storage spaces. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Staff room has its own bathroom and kitchenette. All rooms are fully equipped until the last detail. On the ground floor there is a big dining room for 8 people, a spacious living room with a fire place and an independent kitchen, fully equipped with SMEG electrical appliances, a dining table for four and a WC.
The villa has a beautiful outdoor space of 1.200 m2 and big terraces of 200 m2, shaded by wooden pergolas. There is one living room for 8 people, two independent dining tables for 6 and 10 people, a full bar and a barbeque. In front of the house, with a spectacular sea view the large pool (14×7) and the Jacuzzi create a sense of relaxation and wellness.
It is a very comfortable, prestigious residence with great sea view, specifically of Paros and Naxos Islands, protected from the strong south winds, ideal for family or friend vacation and it can host 9 people, plus 2 staff. It has Wi Fi, satellite TV and air condition in all of its areas and a private closed parking for 4 cars.
