The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool and also a second smaller one designed for kids, with overflow on their sea view side.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and one pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-condition. The villa has satellite tv and wi-fi internet support. It has large verandas and at the pool side there is an out-door living area with a very large sofa covered by a pergola. The villa has 2 parking spaces. The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis , Glyfadi , and Ornos beach.
