The villa is in a unique location on Paros on top of a hill with 360 degrees panoramic view, from where you can see sixteen islands: some of them are Mykonos, Delos, Tinos, Andros, Siros, Serifos, Milos, and up Sikinos.

It has 210 m2 of indoor areas, which consist of four independent apartments.

On the main floor is the enormous living-dining room with surrounding terraces. There are beds for 12 people.

THE VILLA IS FULLY AIRCONDITIONED

The master bedroom, with its wardrobe and bathroom, has a private breakfast terrace.

On the first floor with an external entrance is the studio of 20 m2 with its bathroom and terrace. Two more bedrooms with individual bathrooms are on the lower level. One bedroom sleeps 4 people, the other 2. The living room can also sleep one person.

The encore-bedroom, with a diameter of 2,10m, is accessible from the terrace. Its bed has a dimension of 1,4×2,00m.

Summer in Greece means “Living outdoor.” About 400m² Terrace’s in all directions provide lavish dining facilities, sunbathing, relaxation, and the most beautiful sunsets.

The “dome” enjoys a cozy shaded dining table with “concert-hall” acoustics.

A traditional baking oven and a BBQ place provide ample alternatives for “breakfast- lunch and -evening dinner”.

A BOULE GAME strip (12x3m) lets the visitor pass an excellent active time.

The Pool terrace is surrounded on three sides by the 140m² huge infinity pool, fed with “fresh” water through a small, gently trickling river.

The villa provides all amenities: WIFI, TV, Espresso machine, Sound-equipment, Microwave-baking oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Hairdryer, etc.
